2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Your Uber Eats account credentials or password
Your credit/debit card numbers or bank account details
Your precise location or GPS data
Cookies for third-party advertising or tracking

3. How We Use Your Information

Processing orders — to submit your group order link, apply discounts, and deliver your checkout link
Payment verification — to confirm payment was received before processing your order
Account management — to display your profile, points, credits, and order history
Service improvement — to monitor system performance and fix issues
Communication — to notify you of order status changes or account-related updates

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured servers. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Authentication tokens are signed using HMAC-SHA256. Session data is encrypted.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Discord OAuth — for account authentication (governed by Discord's Privacy Policy)
Google OAuth — for account authentication (governed by Google's Privacy Policy)
Uber Eats — we interact with group order links you provide (governed by Uber's Privacy Notice)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

Account data — retained as long as your account is active
Order history — retained for up to 12 months after order completion
Payment proofs — retained for up to 90 days after order completion
System logs — retained for up to 30 days

You have the right to:

Access your data — view your profile, orders, and points anytime
Delete your account — contact us on Discord to request account deletion
Export your data — request a copy of your data by contacting us
Correct inaccurate information — reach out to us if anything is wrong

8. Children's Privacy

Frugal Meals is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
