1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Frugal Meals ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Frugal Meals is an automated checkout assistance service for Uber Eats group orders. We apply available promotional discounts to your order and provide you with a discounted checkout link. You complete the final checkout yourself through Uber Eats using your own account and payment method.

• We do not access your Uber Eats account credentials
• We do not store your Uber Eats payment information
• We only require a group order link (a public URL you generate in Uber Eats)
• The final checkout and payment to Uber Eats is completed entirely by you

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Frugal Meals, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Accounts & Authentication

You sign in via Discord or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Service Fee & Payments

• A flat service fee is charged per order (displayed before you submit)
• The service fee is paid directly to Frugal Meals via the payment methods listed on the site
• The service fee is separate from any amount you pay to Uber Eats
• All fees are in USD

6. Payment & Refund Policy

⚠️ All payments are final and non-refundable. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No cash refunds — Under no circumstances will monetary refunds be issued for any reason
• Credits only — If an order fails due to a system error, promo issue, or any reason on our end, you will receive account credit equal to the amount paid, which can be used toward future orders
• Credit is automatic — When an order fails, credit is automatically applied to your account. No action is needed on your part
• Credits do not expire — Account credits remain on your account until used
• No refund, no credit — If you submit an invalid group link, cancel your own Uber Eats order after processing, fail to complete checkout, or do not use the provided checkout link
• Service fee is non-refundable — The service fee charged is for the processing service itself and is non-refundable regardless of outcome

By placing an order and submitting payment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit payment.

7. Points & Rewards

Discord users earn loyalty points for completed orders. Points can be redeemed for rewards (e.g., waived fees, free orders). Points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Abuse, exploit, or attempt to manipulate the Service (including automated/scripted submissions)
• Submit fraudulent orders or payment proofs
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
• Harass or abuse other users or Frugal Meals staff
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or abuse promotions

9. Limitation of Liability

Frugal Meals is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Uber Eats outages, policy changes, or order failures outside our control
• Promotional codes that are expired, limited, or revoked by Uber
• Delivery issues, food quality, or disputes between you and Uber Eats
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount of the service fee you paid for the specific order in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Frugal Meals (including design, code, branding, and text) is owned by Frugal Meals. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits or points are forfeited.
